AC Repair Reviews
Evan has gone over and beyond to help us in the heat while our AC went out. He ran us out a portable unit and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had us up and running in no time. Thank Evan you are a pleasant person to have come in our home and fix the AC!!!

Koala Cooling’s service technician Evan Anderson did an excellent job fixing my AC unit that was not working. He was thorough & patient until he got the issue solved.

We had our coil replaced by Koala. They checked and it was still under warranty so the parts were free. They did a fantastic job of communicating the options and the work and costs that we would incur. Been running like a champ. Thanks for the work and commitment to quality.

Maintenance & Koala Club Reviews
Tom came to our house for routine maintenance on our AC system they installed one year ago. He arrived within the two hour window for the appointment. He was very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. The service was free for being a member.

I called Koala when I received a $1k electric bill! Our 2 units are old (2007) and we were intent on extending their operating lives. Evan gave great explanations that I could understand and we scheduled the repairs. I would highly recommend Koala for a/c maintenance and repair!

Water Heater Reviews
Koala installed two 40-gallon State water heaters in our attic. Joe and Tom provided excellent installation service! They were very respectful of our home and pleasant to work with. I feel much safer now with the new units above our primary bedroom. I highly recommend Koala!

Joe was an absolutely phenomenal help! He made replacing a water heater as painless as it could be and he was so patient with all of my questions. He is incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent educator. He really helped guide me in an area that I'm not familiar with and I'm very glad I chose Koala for this issue!

Joe fixed my water heater for no charge because it was a minor fix today. That’s why I have KC. It breaks in the morning and fixed for free by afternoon.
