Koala Cooling understands the importance of quality installs of quality systems at rental home prices. These units are manufactured by Carrier under the name Payne. They are AHRI matched units with a minimum SEER2 of 15.2 and use R-454B refrigerant. Installation includes recovery of old refrigerant, removal & disposal of old AC, furnace (or AHU) and coil, installation of new condenser, new filter drier, flow nitrogen while brazing, new drain pan, new foam blocks where necessary, installation of new furnace and coil (or Air Handling Unit (AHU)), installation of new gas flex line, low-vac line set to below 500 micros, adjustment of refrigerant, new hard-pipe from gas valve to outside of unit, connection of condensate drain to unit, connection to power, verification of correct wire size and breakers for **heat kits.

*Site must be verified by Koala Cooling before work can be contracted. Any additional work required will be noted on the Quote, so there will be no surprises in charges.
**If wire size or breaker size is not adequate for the heat kit, Koala Cooling will let you know at the time of the quote. The landlord will have the option of hiring an electrician to upgrade the electrical system or having Koala Cooling install a smaller heat kit that the existing electrical work can handle.
These prices are valid through April 30, 2026. Prices will be adjusted on May 1, 2026, so act fast!
